Refunds
Broz Design will not refund any credit card transactions paid online. Should a client request a refund, they most do so in writing via certified letter or email and Broz Design will provide a refund in the form of a check mailed to the client's address.
Cancellations
All credit card payments processed online are deemed final, therefore, Broz Design will not allow cancellation of payment at any time.
